Starting as Oleson's Showrunner's Assistant on Carnival Row, Lauren worked her way up to Coordinator before becoming a Creative Executive at CrimeThink. She works across all areas of development and production and currently serves as an Associate Producer on The Bondsman. Previously, she worked as a Producer’s Assistant on series including Drunk History, Chelsea, and Power. She earned her B.A. in Television Production from Emerson College.

Erik Oleson is the Writer, Showrunner and Executive Producer of the highly anticipated original series, “The Bondsman.” Starring Kevin Bacon, the half-hour series is from Amazon MGM, Blumhouse Television and Oleson’s CrimeThink. Oleson brings his signature stamp to “The Bondsman” -- crafting a layered and character-driven series. The show centers around murdered bounty hunter Hub Halloran (Bacon) who is resurrected by the Devil to trap and send back demons that have escaped from the prison of Hell. Chasing demons, with the help and hindrance of his family, forces Hub to confront the sins that got his own soul condemned – and pushes him to seek a second chance at life, love, and country music. 

Oleson’s most recent credits include as Writer, Showrunner and Executive Producer of the critically acclaimed and fan favorite third season of Netflix/Marvel’s “Marvel’s Daredevil,” starring Charlie Cox and Vincent D’Onofrio, which raised the bar on the series. This was followed by his work as Writer, Showrunner, and Executive Producer of the lauded, second and final season of Amazon/Legendary’s “Carnival Row,” the epic fantasy series starring Orlando Bloom and Cara Delevingne. 

In 2022, Oleson launched his television production company CrimeThink to curate character-rich, high-concept dramas and franchises to showrun, as well as to build a creative incubator for fellow storytellers that Oleson mentors into future showrunners. CrimeThink is currently based at Amazon MGM Studios, where Oleson has an exclusive overall deal.
